Method of shaping:
1. Before use, confirm if the size is appropriate. If there is a slight difference in size, you can trim it according to your own tooth profile
2. Boil the water to around 75-80 degrees Celsius
3. Place the mouth guard in water
Soak in water for about 30 seconds
5. Take out the mouth guard and place it in your mouth. Adjust the mouth guard to a comfortable position and bite your teeth. Use it to squeeze the upper lip and make the mouth guard fit better with your teeth
6. Place it in cold water to shape
