Exterior: Our rifle case an essential part of any sportsman's collection of shooting gear. Its carefully hand made of heavy 24oz cotton "sail cloth" canvas that has been treated with a proprietary "wet waxing process" that results is a water resistant, wear resistant and breathable canvas fabric. The waxed canvas shell has been padded and quilted for maximum protection of your scoped rifle or shotgun. This rifle case is trimmed in beautiful bridle leather that has been tanned in the traditional manner. The leather ascents enhance the classic styling of the rifle case and also acts to protect the rifle or shotgun inside. The key wear areas near the butt and toe of the gun case are also protected by leather trim for durability that will last for years. The exterior hardware is solid vintage look brass color and the rifle case offers double, full length, heavy gauge zippers that can be locked, as well as an adjustable / removable leather shoulder sling and leather carry handles. The tip and toe of the case are reinforced with leather trim that has been riveted to prevent splitting. Interior: The interior of this rifle case is lined with a soft cotton flannel and quilted to the canvas exterior.
