Punching bag exercises are the most interesting part of boxing training, where you can really imagine your opponent to take all countermeasures. There are many important things that need to be paid attention to when training on this content. For beginners, if all factors are taken into consideration, it is undoubtedly a huge challenge for them. It is recommended to consider only one aspect of the factor first, and then master it.
One: When punching, the muscles should be relaxed and full of flexibility. Don't stretch your muscles too tightly. This will cause fatigue, and loss of punching speed.
Two: The strength should be used at the end of the fist. This means that when the fist is in the bag, the arms must be fully extended, only in this way can the full strength be achieved.
Three: When punching, you should hit the bag face to face, not the knuckles, so as to ensure a solid punch without injury. Many boxers make this mistake-knuckles hitting the bag. In this way, not only the strength is greatly reduced, but the fingers also act as a buffer.
